I’m a creative designer from East London with over 30 years of experience.
I got into Graphic Design at a very young age, designing album cover art with Microsoft Paint (I know??) but very soon outgrew the application and was introduced to the Adobe Design Suite.
However, 17 years ago I decided that I wanted to do more than my retail day job, basic album cover art and decided to become a freelance Graphic Designer.
Biography
Working as a freelance Designer, I’ve gained an incredible amount of experience. I’ve learned the essential aspects of professional freelance work including communication, marketing, branding, user experience, networking, coding, psychology, negotiation, contracts, planning, and financing.
I’ve worked with various types of organisations, from start-ups to established businesses. The experience I’ve gained from freelancing has allowed me to expand my skills to include logos, corporate branding, print design, billboard design, coding, photography and videography. I’ve worked alongside professionals in every field; learning and gaining experience whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Work Ethics
Extraordinary Skill and Communication
My two greatest and proudest qualities: first, I am highly skilled at my trade; second, I take communication very seriously. You will always hear back from me within 24 hours of contact.
Detail-Oriented (in Every Aspect)
The most minute details are just as important to me as the substantially-sized ones. “Perfectionist” is a word that can be used to accurately describe me. I don’t cut corners.
Passion for the Work and Industry
I am very passionate about what I do. Whether I am refining a client’s online strategy, designing a website and brand, or speaking with my clients, there is nothing else I’d rather be doing.
Well-Educated
Education is not a necessity in this industry, however, it certainly doesn’t hurt. I have instead chosen to go on the path of working with some of the best designers out there to improve on age old traditions.
Evolving with Technology
Let’s face it – technology, the web, and everything in between are constantly changing. I recognise, welcome, and adapt to these changes by keeping my hardware, skills, and knowledge up to date
Great Respect for Our Clients
I strongly believe in the Golden Rule: treat others as you would like to be treated. My clients are treated with the utmost respect and dignity (and are expected and encouraged to reciprocate).
Strong Code of Ethics
I believe in innovation and I believe in thinking outside of the box however, with respect to the law and to others, I will not partake in any illegal or unethical business practices.
Passion
Whether you’re looking for a simple logo or an extensive website,
I’ll provide you with exceptional customer service that comes with over 30 years of experience.
